It seems that this is a common issue with these packages brand enw, direct out of the box.
Activision - you mean to tell us SUPPORTERS OF YOUR PRODUCTS that we not only need to pay to ship this defective piece of equipment back to you, but we need to wait up to TEN BUSINESS DAYS for a replacement USB? Has no one at a managerial level thought that this was a bad idea? In most other businesses, this is not the correct way to keep customers and build brand loyalty.
Extremely disapoointed with your warranty "platform" and plan for replacement.
